i would be 'suprised' if any deal exists. For what you are asking for, you will prolly need to flex to a 24 month contract.
The market is moving that way now. If you ever get a 12 month contract with a blackberry 9700, you will be either pay a lot for the handset or pay nearly double per month.0 -
i can't even find a 12 month plan at all on o2 or t-mobile for the 9700. You'll need to go to a reseller at the very least.0

"free handset Blackberry 9700
12 month contract
600 mins
unlimited texts
unlimited data"
In a market where 18 and 24 month contracts are the norm, You wont find that offer anywhere0 -
For £30 you will get a 18 month from T Mobile for that spec, i dunno if the deal is on their website but my brother rang them up and haggled and this is what he got.
Also if you know anyone who owns a business apply as a business customer and they dont usually ask any questions.0 -
My daughter got similar from 02 retentions, 18 months, with loyalty discount/bonus (whatever they call them) works out about £30 a month.
Can you get 12 month contracts with top range phone now ?0 -
I would be applying for a business contract with the above requirements.
Although 12 month contracts are not generally advertised directly on the main network sites. I found from googling "12 month contract blackberry 9700" there are several sites dialaphone e2save, etc which do offer 12 month contracts.0 -
It looks like you've already has a look around, but you need to be wary that places like Dial-a-phone, esave, etc...sell mainly talk plans and rarely include any internet data. So you need to factor in BB Internet add-on which may be an extra £5-£10 depending on network. And you need to be on top of the redemption rules. So overall, may cost you slightly more per month if you miss one. But as everyone has said 12months are a rare these days.
Otherwise consider the O2 BB SimOnly that are on limited offer right now from £10 including data and source the BB 9700 sim free elsewhere. Might work out cheaper.0 -

Was he a new customer or was it via upgrade/retentions?
I'm looking for an 18 month contract with unlimited internet, unlimited texts & a minimum of 300 mins with BB services for £30 max.0
