Agreed and it's going to seed, as all good spinach is trained to do. Chuck it and start again with different seeds.Your lettuce looks more like spinach to me.
Your cauliflowers are too close together and too hot. You can transplant them into their permanent place now, give them a good distance between them. Plant them a bit deeper and it might sort them out. They really need to be started one plant (a couple of seeds then thin out) per small pot and they should have been outside the second they germinated, unless for terrible weather.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
I agree with Lotus Eater and would add one further tip:
Make sure that the firm your cauliflower into the ground well. It needs to be well anchored and it doesn't like to be planted in loose compost.
