This is not a CCA - it is an application form which does not contain the PT's embedded within, or linked to the actual agreement (application) - therefore you should be sending this back to Crappy1 - CCA Query
There is a process to follow, and flow charts here: Unenforceability & Template Letters IV - have a read of the first couple of pages and FAQ sections to learn all you need to learn!

Hi and thanks for the reply mate. I tried to follow the flow chart but being a total noob i couldnt confirm whether i was looking at the correct item or even if they had sent the correct item..Its good to know that there is someone that can verify these things...so a big thank you first of all ,
second of all they say in the letters attached about sending my current agreement out...would that mean I may have signed some new agreement since which then voids the one ive attached here and covers their arrses so to speak??0 -
