Sounds more like T-Mobile have a problem with you rather that you have a problem with them.
Three bits of advice.
1. Ring them - accounts dept - and ask them to explain exactly what and how you owe them. Be polite and stay on the phone till you understand.
2. Pay the amount you owe otherwise expect any further requests for credit in any form to be refused - chances are you already have a warning against your credit record.
3. Stick to PAYG or pay by DD, ensuring you have sufficient funds in the bank, of course. Then you can't "miss a payment".0 -
if the bill was correct i would of payed march but it wasnt0

So go through it with them until you both can agree the figures. Have they missed a payment you made? Is there a late charge non-DD penalty? Have you some chargeable calls you have overlooked.
Look, these guys are not crooks. There is clearly either a misunderstanding or you are working on different figures. You need to talk to them and see how their figures are made up. Calmly!
If not, then you will be the ultimate loser. Get on the phone to them now or at lunch time.

It's really hard to reply to these kind of posts without sounding like we're picking on you. However, not paying is a very very bad idea. As previously said, you MUST talk to them and agree what is owed. And then you must pay it, even if they agree to let you pay it in instalments. Then you have to make sure that you don't miss any payments again. At the end of the day, it will be you that suffers, not T-mobile.
Can you access your account online? You might be able to work out what's what from there.0
