EoN Big Error - Please Help

Nah I have the money to pay and I have just paid it, that isn't the problem. The problem is when you move out of a property and then 4 months later you get a bill for your old place out of the blue - if an account is settled and closed then E.on or any supplier should not be allowed to then go and bill someone, these things should be checked before a final amount is agreed. Very poor really.Hi JPS,
We are obliged to provide accurate bills, therefore when errors in billing are recognised they require amending both going forward and going back in time.
Unfortunately this can come as a shock and I understand that it can often be difficult to then pay for the energy you’ve used.
As a result we wouldn’t expect the bill to be settled immediately if you’d find it difficult, so we will be more than happy to discuss a suitable payment arrangement with you if it will help.
Brian
I can only imagine what it would be like for someone who really didn't have the money to pay it...The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0
