Email problems on my new blackberry bold 9700

I have just received a BlackBerry Bold 9700 as an upgrade, and have set the email up.
The last few days i have noticed that i havent been receiving all emails to the device, but i have on my PC. I have only been receiving approx. 50% of them on the device
Could this possibly be due to the 10 year old sim card?
Or is it a setting that i need to change?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

There are some email settings on your email account you may want to look at.
If the email gets received by your PC before you look at the blackberry, the email might have been and gone from BB before you notice. This is because it has been downloaded already to PC and is not on the email server anymore for your BB to get.
There is a setting for this on your email account to 'leave a copy on the email server' I think.
Sorry this a bit jumbled, can't think of a short way to explain!0 -
If the mail is in your pc then it wont show up on the BB0

If you open it on your pc then it won't show up on you Blackberry. This will only happen if you get to the emails instantly before they are "pushed" to your phone.
However if it's set up all your emails should go to you phone. The last time I had this problem I resent the service books.
You may have to delete them of your phone before resending. To delete them go Options > Advanced Options > Service book.
Hope this helps.0
