i always email them and they're fixin it but i guess phonin is faster. its their fair usage policy and fraud protection how they like to call that lol

I'm a regular customer with them and was declined. I rang my bank and apparently they've been getting a few reports of problems with maestro being declined in the last hour. He said in all likelihood it's a website problem. Put my mind at rest in terms of my account anyway.

ive just tried 2 cards both visa, both were declined, even with opening a seperate account incase it was that.
