That could be an idea for your a section on your site.

I agree about putting the prices up (although I have just bought too items as I've been looking at them for days and now have the money) the one thing you could do if your worried about putting the prices up is have some 10% vouchers for people to give to their friends etc. Where I work a lot of people's craft bits are advertised especially in the run up and so if people had a similar thing they could advertise your site with a 10% code (maybe an indvidual code so you can se where your orders have come from - if that makes sense) Just a few random thoughts...

    OOOOHHHH THANKYOU!!!!!!!!!!!:j:j:j:j:j

Lol I could do 10% off vouchers and add them to bags off their next purchase??

*runs off to find jewellery to pack* maybe some time lol

I can't quite remeber what you came up as your hourly rate...but surely you're gonna have to charge at least a grand a day yourself now so that its like for like?

I like the sound of an ebook - everyones stories are really inspiring - however they make me feel incredibly guilty as I have no motivation at the moment even with a big looming deadline coming up for a slight career change :(

This sounds fun - our very own and unfolding inspirational book. You need help with this one?

I thought to post an update so that you don't forget me, guys. So, here it comes:

    1) I am in complete reverence of this city and its monuments. When the Universe delivers I will be back with OH and Little Boy for some more detailed sightseeing.
    2) To meet the Universe halfway (remember my focus for the next 30 days is on financial health) I have been mind mapping income streams (only for me). These are more focused than the brainstorming a week ago and do not include rich people paying to have dinner with me. They do include however key note speaches and addresses and royalties (which I get but need to increase about 100 fold).
    3) Have started my list of contacts - finding this one hard but getting on. I am a high scorer after all.
    4) Yesterday had to buy a hat - it was very sunny. My instinct was to get a white or a black one but then I though I need some colour and got a purlple one (no jokes here, I am not there yet). Which went perfectly with my black outfit except that I had forgotten my bright red backpack. Do you think it was too much colour?

Now off to the gym and after than off to my meeting.

  • This thread is, as I have said constantly, totally amazing. It is really hugely motivational. Without even doing anything in particular, you lot have lifted me out of a hole and got me jetting through a HUGE to do list at work. It is phenomenonal.

You know that piece of work I did on my own initiative that my bosses boss was rather impressed with? Well, my boss told me off for doing it and not telling her about it. :( I was really annoyed at that, because they always say they want people to use their brains, and then when you do, you get told off for it. I remained professional but was seething underneath, so I took a half days leave and went shopping yesterday afternoon. (Don't worry, I got things I actually needed, and managed to get most things in sales!! :)) Anyway... I applied those old Shut Up and Move On principles from earlier in the thread, and it worked incredibly well. I came into work this morning really fired up and I have just completed all of the work that was put on my desk today. Plus, I get to go home on time as well. If it hadn't been for this thread, I would have been really reluctant to come in and really de-motivated. :)

Right, now need to apply my energies to the exercise and diet part of my life. Mmmm. I think I need a plan! :D

So glad MG has had a good day and clairewop, your jewellery is fantastic! And just to add my voice to the calls... much, much too inexpensive...hike those prices lovely!! :D
