    Hello MG and All
I have at la st finished reading this amazing thread and already has changed my way of thinking.

I'd been in a low place for a long time and had forgotten the powers of positive thinking and the Universe.

My OH and I struggling with health issues and a very low income (this was what attracted me here - looking for insperation) and after only reading for a few days I started feeling more positive and things started to change.)

My problem is now I have so much I want to change/achieve that I'm not sure where to start. :eek:I feel Mind Mapping coming on!

Hope you don't mind me coming aboard but must wish you love and luck - you are an insperation. Thank you so much.

Hiya Robs mum. welcome aboard and welldone for finding the courage to come as far as you have. keep that momentum going and with the support of everyone here you will be moving mountains from the small stoens you started with before you know it!!

    Take care

    Thankyou

Ok looks like I need to leave the last box in the dining room and get the website sorted first ready for xmas buying.

1st though I promised the boys apple crumble and rice pudding, so off to do that in a minute.

Mg when you got 5 hun, I got the ingredients for sultana bread, can i cook it in the breadmaker? or does it have to go in the oven, sorry I know your busy with your new adventure.

yeah - just choose the light crust option if you can because its got sweet stuff in it the crust can get overly dark.

i do mine in the halogen oven - becasue in a loaf tin i can get more slices out of aloaf than i can in the breadmaker pan - skinflint to the last eh!!!:rotfl:

and sorry claire - the business coach says your prices need to go up too - and shhhh!!! he is umming an ahhing about a wee gift for the lovely mrs business coach :D

  • Hi MG

Just a quick line to say thanks very much the book arrived this morning, and its wonderful. So wonderful that I stopped to read it instead of packing my case for my weekend away...:o

Clairewop, totally agree with everything the others are saying, your jewellery is beautiful and definately worthy of higher prices, I for one would be prepared to pay more than you currently have them priced at:)

Have a lovely weekend everyone, will catch up when I get back, it may take me a few days though with the speed this thread moves at :)

  • on my "green tea" break :D

Sweated bullets to get the one-sheet written -but its done.

he then sent me the challenge of coming up with 26 reasons to buy from me - from A to Z and i completely crashed and burned. so he called a tea break and now i've to go back and write 26 benefits that people would experience if they bought from my new company - and the ideas are just flowing!!!

bizarre isn't it how re-phrasing a question can make all the difference:cool:

i know this stuff - but its hard work getting it out and onto paper today:mad:

but so far today, i've got a cool photo,i've found my cool logo, and some template sheets made up to work from.

I've also got a brand spanking new 2011 training calendar - which is staring at me in all its blank scariness, screaming "get a move on mg fill me up!!!"

i wont post the logo on here - maybe on the blog later but it incorporates a brain, my name and a cool tagline - those of you who have the book will see it on the first few pages.

back to the A to Z list - then he wants to brainstorm a "sales funnel" - the backbone of a business apparently.

he is really helping me get all this stuff out - and i know it will all change as i build a team to build a business, but if i can suck this stuff out of my brain on to paper then the team will have a rough idea of what we will be tackling iyswim???

    Thanks spud :)

Why don't you have a go at crafting? card making? Nathan makes cards they are fab!

tell dd i got a lovely pair of size 14 jeans here still got tag on, too low on the waist for me, tell her its an incentive to get into them. i'll send them next time i go to the post office :)

Hmm not sure I'm particularly arty. My mum was, she made the most amazing silk flowers, did my wedding flowers etc but I've never done anything like that.

Maybe I should just have a go at something. I seem to be learning more about myself in general as I get older and finding out I'm actually not that bad ;)

Ta hun, I'll tell her. Funnily enough, the button just fell off her jeans so she will be ever so motivated now, wont she :)
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

That could be an idea for your a section on your site.

I agree about putting the prices up (although I have just bought too items as I've been looking at them for days and now have the money) the one thing you could do if your worried about putting the prices up is have some 10% vouchers for people to give to their friends etc. Where I work a lot of people's craft bits are advertised especially in the run up and so if people had a similar thing they could advertise your site with a 10% code (maybe an indvidual code so you can se where your orders have come from - if that makes sense) Just a few random thoughts...
