Clairewop - fab jewellery, the "cheaper" items are underpriced in my opinion, and you should charge for postage! Also.....and this is very personal, but I'd prefer to see English rather than American spellings on a British website (eg. colour rather than color). But wow! You have amazing talent and deserve great success :):)

Hope you get the printer as well!

    Hi

    what American spelling?

found it in the info page

    No I don't have a diary.

Start one and use it to keep track of your progress and challenges:)

Ink for home printers can be expensive so it might be a good idea to get the flyers printed at the library.

I think tonights' Mr Big challenge is lovely even though I don't have any children:)

    Hi Memory Girl

I've got a thread about getting money back from cowboy builders. The people on there have been wonderful to me and I know some of them are following your diary.

One asked me to offer some help with designing materials for your business as I'm a graphic designer and writer. I'd be happy to do whatever I can. Let me know here or on a PM if now is a good time to talk?

    Best wishes

    Mike

For a long time now I have been watching the way I speak (and those around me) and I have noticed that we all use inherently negative statements. You don't have to look far to see it. So two things:

    1) have been trying to translate statements from negative to positive;
    2) have this elastic band around my wrist and everytime I have a negative thought I snap it (works at a very basic Pavlovian level).

Me too Firewalker. I'm currently on a diet & go to SW. Everyone else talks about being good & bad but that is so emotive. I try to think in terms of 'I've eaten healthily' or 'I've not eaten so healthily' - it makes such a difference to me.

Em............... 'I didn't eat so healthily yesterday' :o

I am generally positive but prone to negative/cynical spells. I was overly cynical in a meeting on Monday & someone in it (the person the quote in my signature was inspired by :rotfl:) said he loved it. He thinks my spirit is being broken. He will learn :)

So glad money sorted out. I didn't know about probs when I messaged you about book, now feeling really guilty you had to find extra postage at that time, really sorry :o. The (2nd) book has arrived and as OH is not about at the weekend will read it. Will also be writing my elimination list and perfect week. Don't know what is next, am still on catch up but gather there is something purple (oooohhh, cue thoughts of Donny Osmond in his purple cap :rotfl:).

Will also be using a mind map to try to define my job (no, not dream job, existing job. 3 of us with the same title in different depts, none of us have a clear idea of what we are supposed to be doing :o).

So, 1st step will be to read book so I can mind map all the tasks I need to do & order them appropriately, then cross them off [STRIKE]if[/STRIKE] WHEN I do them.

Have a great day all, positive thoughts to all :T
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

i think the whole point is that we identify what needs doing to move us forward and then we ask "who do you know who"?

theres a group of wonderfully positive people on here with loads of talent. i bet we all want to help when we see people helping themselves.
