On Vodafone contract, any way of getting out 'dongle contract' early

Gf has been with Vodafone for nearly 20 years, and Nov '09 signed up for a dongle package @ £15pcm, for a year contract. She has since moved in with me and uses my house internet, so the dongle is just sat in her laptop bag costing money.

Just wondered if theres any way of cancelling it early, she spoke to Vodafone and was told no, and it'd cost £100 to cancel early  Just wondered if there IS a way of getting out the contract at all?

Thanks in advance

Unlikely, its not Vodafone's fault that your girlfriend has moved in with you and is able to use your house internet.

It is also irrelevant how long your girlfriend has been a Vodafone customer.

A contract is a contract and if your girlfriend wants to cancel before the agreement ends, she will have to pay any early termination charges.

Agreed, they are unlikely to do anything.

On the plus side you have internet on your laptop if you have to go travelling out and about.

One thing you could try is contacting the voda web reps on here, they can actually do stuff normal vodafone CS cannot.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
