Definitely important, although I wouldn't discard a house that looked interesting for not having them - but I would contact the agent to get full details. Certainly wouldn't book a viewing without seeing room sizes. Floorplans are nice, but I'm not terrifically bothered to not have one.
I'd much rather have a set of details with room sizes and no interior photos than vice versa.0 -

I find myself getting annoyed if the house I like the look at doesn't have dimensions on as I have no idea whether they're suitable or not.
The reason I'm asking is that our house is for sale and our estate agent doesn't list the dimensions of rooms which I find is not good seeing as our rooms are large so it may encourage people to look round.
I was considering asking the EA why they don't have room dimensions and whether they would put them up for us seeing as they have the measurements on file anyway. Do you think it would be worthwhile?
On rightmove, I personally like to see dimensions and decent floor plans.
I think a few EAs still haven't "got" the idea of places like rightmove and don't understand the implications of how easy it is to list dozens and dozens of possibly suitable houses in an area and trawl through them quickly, ignoring ones that make it hard for you to find the information you want about a house. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0
