What a load of bull!!! She told me that she wouldn't transfer me to the retentions and I will have to deal with her if I wanted a PAC to go to another network.
I very politely asked her name and requested a PAC to be sent to me. I have haggled with O2 every year for the last 6 and always got what I wanted. But now I feel I can't be asked to play this farce. I openly said that I called to get a better deal than what is on offer on the website. If I can't be given some incentive for being loyal, good buy and see you!
I already have an Iphone 3G and am pretty happy with its performance. I just wanted to get a 3gs for my mum in law. But, alas, she'd have to do without one as O2 are not helpful.:rotfl:
firstly have you seen the spec of the new iphone, not much I can see that would warrant the crap prices that Steve Jobs sets, the 3GS will get the iphone new OS anyway.Kind Regards

I called o2 after being with them for 7 years and always spent a lot with them. They would offer me nothing but the same stuff as on the website for new customers. Spoke to retentions and all I got is we are better than every other network and your free to leave, do you want your pac code. I said yes and bye.Kind Regards

The keyboard on HTC Legend is worth it alone, I hate touchcreen qwerty keyboards, but the one on the Legend is amazing. You can type everything wrong and as long as your remotly right it fixes it. I know the iphone does it too, but not as well.
Untill they can power smartphones for more than a day i'll stick with my Nokia brick that needs charging once every 2 weeks :beer:0 -

That seems to be the attitude of all the networks at the moment...0
