no lol i can get the page up to put ref number in but thats it

When I was having a problem I emailed the sun and they emailed me back within 24hrs saying that I didn't need a ref number, so I would email them your details and explain.

The email address is at the bottom of the page of the recent email that they sent.

Dear Mrs xxxx

Thank you for your recent email.

Please note that at this stage of the promotion you are not required to enter a reference number or code words when applying for a holiday. Simply follow the link on the email that you were sent as this will take you straight to the booking screen.
