sun holiday HELP wrong dates!!!

Hi I am not sure where to post this apologies if this is wrong place.
I collected sun holiday tokens and sent my form off,,,recieved a confirmation letter from the holiday park in cornwall confirming dates,,,but they are NOT dates i asked for,,,called the park they told me to contact the sun.
The only telephone number i have for the sun is not working says no longer in use!!!
How do i contact them?? Anyone have any numbers or know where i can find the number? I am in such a panic that they wont change them but they are definitely NOT the dates i asked for,,its th right starting date wrong month.

We have had exactly the same problem, they have booked us into the correct park but wrong dates!! During school term!! No use to us!! I have tried calling the Park and got nowhere, called the sun number I was given by the park and that isn't working. Then called the number on the letter and got nowhere again!! There must be some way for them to swap the dates or something!! I've been told that we will lose our deposit if we don't pay the balance. If you do get anywhere please let me know.:eek:

I called customer services today as the helpline numbers no longer work. They told me the new helpline is not open until 25th may ,,which is marvelous,,,anyhow they said to emial my enquiry and booking reference and explain,,,if its a sun mistake (which it is i would never have written down term time dates either!!) they will rectify the problem,,,so i am about to email them and will wait and see what happens :-)
the park were helpful they said if i dont get any luck with the sun to call back ans they will try to help me,so i am not in such a panic now.
I will let u know what they say maxipax but i advise foing to the sun holiday page and in the top right click on 'contact us' and email them ur details and booking ref and explain ur problem,,,hope u get somewhere :-)

hi help!!!! first time user!! had atarted to collect sun holiday tokens but am 1 short!!! is there anything i can do or are they likely to print anymore????

Sorry Nikkee, don't know if they are still doing them, don't think so. i know there is another thread for the sun holidays so maybe someone on that one will be able to help you. Hopefully someone has some extras!!!

Does anyone have a spare reference number please as I threw my away cause there wasn't any holidays which suited. But I've had an email from the sun today stating they've now added more holidays including some 2 night breaks from 5th June.

You dont need the ref number or code words now you can just go straight on, I did.

Thanks for your replies, weird as last night when I clicked through the link in the email it was asking for ref no etc.. but now it's ok and will let me book without.
