Im also due to fly to Faro tomorrow morning from Glasgow Prestwick with Ryanair, (re-booked from the last volcanic ash episode!) today Ryanair have cancelled all flights to Faro although Easyjet are still flying to Faro, should our flight be cancelled tomorrow and again another airline is still flying is there anything that can be done ie i book the other more expensive flights which are flying would Ryanair re-imburse my expense due to them not flying?

Know its a longshot with Ryanair but I just dont understand why they have cancelled the route today whereas Easyjet are still flying today.

My sister in law just arrived from Geneva on Easyjet, the flight was delayed over two hours because of the ash cloud.
