Removing paint from bathroom tiles

    if there is only 20 or so tiles painted sounds like they are patterened or something different from what the rest of the bathroom is...I would just scrape it off and if its dodgy underneath repaint in a colour you like to do you til you get the whole bathroom done to your taste x

    Careful using Nitromors around a bathroom suite ...... i did and melted parts of the bath :eek:
    I had the same problem and resorted to using a wallpaper scraper. It did the job, but be warned, the white tiles underneath had taken on a grey-ish mottled tinge!
    I didnt want to re-tile as our landlord is putting in wet wall in the next couple of years, so i resorted to tile transfers for the time being.
