monument are nasty - put up my repayment from 70 too 100+ for no reason THEN closed my card, I HEARD THEY WILL THEN PUT DEFAULT ON MY CREDIT RATING WITH EXPERIAN !

yep they wont even send copy letter for my records THEY ARE NASTY FIRM AND NASTY PEOPLE
