pay and go credit card

are there any rules regarding getting a pay and go credit card during bankruptcy and can anyone recommend one ?

as you're only able to spend what you, yourself put in, does the OR have to be informed beforehand?

Nope the receiver wouldnt be interested unless you had a card with a large ammount of cash paid on it...if you obtain one after you've gone bankrupt the receiver wont need to be told

this is a VERY popular one

I have got the one phil has posted about, but I have not used it yet, as long as there is no balance on the card there is no monthy charge. I wanted one for the places I know that still do not accept my Visa debit card from the co-op.

Get the o2 money card, its totally free, and you can top it up with your co op visa debit, and then use it for free in the places where the co op won't work. you have to be an o2 customer to get one thats the catch.

Paypal recently changed their fees for loading, its a rediculous 3% now instead of the £1 it used to be, so it can be potentially very expensive if you load it often.

After looking at a few and not knowing which was best for me, ie pay to load/use or pay a monthly fee i decided to get an 02 sim, i only use it occassionally in an old phone, then got an O2 card, they dont have any fees as long as you top up the phone with £10 every 3 months.
I did try to attach it to my paypal for when we shop on ebay but it wouldnt accept it, thats the only time i havnt been able to use it:D
I did deliberate as to going onto the o2 network all the time, but i am better off topping up £15 a month on my tesco sim and getting £30 free....usually lasts me 6-8 weeks, so better for me.

Hmm the 02 card.....for some weird reason i've seen places treat it as an electron card no better than the co-op tesco !!!! up
