1:01am (I looked at the clock) Sunday morning, 3 guys were loading things onto a truck from next doors house (no they weren't robbing it).
Why would you need to remove items in the middle of the night? At first we thought illegal - doing a runner, immigration after them etc but the family appear to still be in the house. They were there Saturday day but not evening as if they were we would have heard them - always fighting, kids screaming, any movement can be heard etc We didn't hear anything still Sunday afternoon.
One guy came out of his house to ask them to be quiet as they were shouting really loud but one guy got aggressive saying he would call the police and then started saying he wasn't a criminal etc etc and got ready for a fight. The guy who asked them to be quiet left saying he'd call the cops and the 3 men shortly closed up and left.
The house is facing a junction and if anyone was driving that night they wouldn't have been able to get past as they had parked the truck into the road/junction.
I just think this is strange

Bailiffs seizing goods? Maybe came at 1am to surprise the chavs when they wouldn't be lagered up and watching Kyle?0 -
Strange but could be for many reasons and if its a one off then who cares?0

Simple. Some relatives had kindly lent them furniture and were collecting it back at a pre-arranged time when their vehicle would cause the least nuisance to local traffic..0

Or just call the Police and leave them to investigate? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Must be plenty named 'Jobsworth'0

They were clearly removing dead bodies from the property, hidden inside the furniture. Also, with the furniture removed, they can now have more space for their cannabis factory.
Maybe the bodies belong to the legitimate renters of the property, who were held against their will until benefits were signed up for and rolling in... and once they had no further use for them, they disposed of the bodies in the furniture.
Really ... it's simple.0 -
OP: 'Hello Mr Policeman, I have just seen my neighbours loading up a van at night.'
Policeman: 'And?'
Do you not think that the police have better things to do with their time?
They like that sort of thing. If there's a crime taking place they can make an arrest and if there isn't a crime they can move along pretty quickly. I'd certainly make the report and leave them to decide if they think it's important. Worst is that you waste 2 minutes of the Police operator's time.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Yep, let the Police decide whether it's important or not.0
