Better than No More Nails

Bought some Instant Grab No More Nails to glue on some new skirtings. Absolute rubbish. No instant grab at all, took ages to dry to a thin rubbery string, then skirtings fell off.
I spoke to a local tradesman who said he no longer used it for those very reasons. He recommended an alternative: PINKGRIP.
I tried this and it's far better than No More Nails. It really does grab quickly. Costs a lot less too.

I'd never heard of this - but by god do I want some now!0

I've little confidence with most of these supa dupa gloos, water or solvent based! particulary on plasterboard walls- your only fixing on to the paper of the board, if the walls aren't straight you'll need a bank loan to fill with caulk.

+ 1 for GripFill or PinkGrip, whichever is on offer at the time, brilliant stuff, but once its set theres no getting rid of it
*looks sheepishly at the temporary makeshift wall he built in the garden last year and used gripfill to stick the bricks together, which will not budge*

Will any of the above be any good for sticking heavy duty plastic (clear stuff on a roll) to wood? Need to do some greenhouse repairs
TIA

It's only a bargain if you were going to buy it anyway!0
