On plains = DUTY FREE = no tax whatso ever.
Buy in Spain, you will pay Spanish taxes/duty = unlimited.
Wrong, and well, WRONG.
For a start, internal EU flights don't offer any sort of "duty free".
Secondly, it's not unlimited in the EU. In fact, most EU countries have a limit on how many cigarettes can be transported at one time - France for example prohibits travelling with more than 800 at any one time. Likewise Germany, and my own country too.
