Three broken Blackberries...advice?

Hi,
I am on a 24 month contact with Orange which started in February. Since then I have had 3 Blackberry Bold phones. The first one was replaced for dropping calls, the second one replaced for a pixelated screen and the third one (Which arrived yesterday!) has a crackling speaker. I am speaking to Orange again tomorrow and wondered if anyone knows what my rights are in terms of changing the phone again? Ideally I would like to swap the phone for another model.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Orange will only change the model (DMR different model replacement) if you have the same fault 3 times. As all yours have been different faults they won't offer you something else, you might get something if you can get to team leader but you'd be better of waiting til Tues there are very few in over holidays. If you call tomorrow (or tonight) you could be waiting hours...
