New shoes cut my feet

I brought a pair of flat shoes from NEXT yesterday and wore them today for the 2 nd time. The shoes rubbed on both the back of my heel and my toes, causing them to bleed. I wasn't in a position to take them off and change them untill later. Can i take them back as not being fit for purpose as i couldn't wear them for…

If they're too big, you can get an insert to go in the back on the heel. It worked on a pair of shoes I got that were nearly half a size out (My feet have half a size difference between them..), they're very comfy now! Superdrug do a good own brand range that aren't too expensive.
