Complaining to Orange - advice please

Either an Ombudsman or Oftel will need details of the previous communications so there's no point going right over the top to begin with, like some of these people are fantasising. You can't allege maladministration of a complaint you haven't presented.
Orange want the details in writing, so write to them at their correspondence address first. You will have no case to present to anybody else (even us) that they have failed to deal with it if you don't.
However if you contact Oftel they will refer it to Orange0
