Yes it's rotten ,I have it very severe ,nearly lost some toes when I was a youngster .
The Tablets and cream help a little but nothing beats thick bedsocks ,cotton gloves and a warm blanket :)
I think you posted in the wrong place though ?! Its an ailment ,hardly a disability:rotfl:
Mind you though ,the way things are going it wont be long before people are trying to claim for it lol .

Raynauds is more serious than just being cold ,the real pain starts when you warm up ,the swelling and pain is excruciating ,it is a very real circulatory disorder and can have some very serious effect as I have found out .I now have anemia too which causes lack of oxygen to my muscles and extremities so thats making it worse :(
I was on heart tablets and creams from the age of 15 .
But its still not a disability ,dont give the scroungers more ideas:rotfl:

You can buy (I think they're mainly used by people who ride motorbikes) clothing that you heat up.

Wear socks and slippers to stop your feet getting cold.

I swear by wrist warmers used for ski-ing - I own several pairs and find they really help: http://www.outdoorgear.co.uk/eshop.asp?wci=product&wce=36120100&desc=LADIES+MICRO+FLEECE+WRIST+WARMERS%22 They do them for men and children too.

I haven't got raynards (well not as far as I know), but I've suffered with cold hands/feet/etc for years. Taking extra strength Omega 3 cod liver oil has helped my circulation, plus hot water bottles work a treat (even in this weather).

Even though i have it severely ,I am disgusted that scroungers use it as an excuse to claim benefits!!
