Personally I would stay well clear with the lawsuits going on and his believed mortgage fraud method of getting his own surveyors to over value properties.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

That's very, very interesting. I am always careful to avoid even possibly libelling people on Martin's forums, as he is liable (as well as me). But that Sky report is pretty damning.
I received emails from a company called Assetz. Whilst I have no idea wherther they are respectable, the deal sounds remarkably similar to Ahuja's.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Hi all,
I’ve had dealings with Mr Ahuja, and have put some details on an external site, so the owners of this one don’t have to worry about the risk of defamation. For example there’s a copy of the judgment I received against him last October for £4925. I strongly suggest you have a look before handing over any money to him.

Ajay is a member here. He use to defend the allegations of fraud about his valuation trick. Strangly there were first time posters suddenly appearing after every coment backing him up. He must of been busy creating all those sock pockets.
