PS I like his bit about admitting mortgage fraud at the bottom ie.

"I have bought a couple of places in the last 3 months. A 1 bed bungalow, East Ayrshire, £17,650 and got a mortgage for £21,000. So a cashback and a 20%+ yield!":rotfl:

Yes, he was a nasty piece of work.

Good to hear he's following the Wilsons.
• To be fair....

( and I only read his comment about land registry price falls briefly from the link)

He is correct about this House price crash. Certainly in the SE properties are in effect at their 2007 peak, (certainly advertised prices). I expect real sales prices are somewhere near the 10% value down though.

The last crash saw 30% falls in most places (or more). We may have further to go in this crash. But it has not been the mother of all crashes given the banking crisis! Time will tell if this changes.

EDIT.

I have no idea who the guy is as I have never heard of him before. Just commenting on his statement about prices.
• He does seem a !!!!!! though. Just looking through his response to the inside out article, this answer made me chuckle.

5] There was a bit of confusion about the whole mailing address thing, and for some reason, the media tried to make it appear sinister. So clear it up for me, why do you have a mailing address, with no offices or assets? Do you actually have any physical offices where your employees operate from?

They were outside my offices! I have a contract with a company who provide all my staff. There are 10 on the payroll. This company lease space of a company called Amphenol. Amphenol are a military contractor. When a camera turns up to a military location all hell breaks lose. They would not let the BBC cameras in under any circumstances. The company I contract got in to trouble with Amphenol and I had to remove the word “Amphenol” from my website. This is why I removed the address from my site. I still have my office and we are still very much open and operating for business.
• I still can't get over his 4 monitors. Who on earth needs 4 at once?
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

4 is important and a great productivity tool .... if you're a fast thinker, fast typist, probably working entirely online or doing IT/PC support and need to be montoring things, doing things, setting things up .... but not if you're just a tw4t who thinks it adds to your manhood properties.

:)

I'll have four monitors when I eventually buy a house... and yes I'll be on all four at once. Doing stuff... and not one !!!!!! window in sight!

I once had 7

That was until the Knight Ridder one (which balanced on the top) toppled over and smashed, and they wouldn't let me have another
