    jackieglasgow - I will definitely come unless I get a last minute client booking in Aberdeen or something! I have nothing in my work diary as of this morning. I'm only able to come for the evening though - hope that's OK.

    my daughter's going to meet me off the train in the morning & she'll show me where to meet you (I don't know Glasgow at all) so I'm hoping she'll stick around for a while in the afternoon

    she's an MSE member (mostly pet forum) but she's learning to cook from scratch now, so I guess you could call her a fledgling OS-er ;)


    I'm feeling bad that I can't think of anything I could transport easily for the picnic :( ... but I'm willing, any suggestions? :)
    or I could just buy everyone a drink/coffee/tea?

    Pieces of what? :p Make a cake or biscuits or something easy to transport like that. But relly you don't need to bring anything, we will be going out for dinner remember and won't need that much beforehand, surely?
