Hi everyone i got a new phone on virgin mobile but yhe thing is i keep gitting charged for avertisment texts coming through to my phone

You could try ringing their head office, 01225 895555 this is switch board number,and ask for customer servicesDon`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0

What kind of avertising? Surely that means it's got to have something to do with virgin as if its a new phone and you havent put the number anywhere like on the net or anything what else could it be?Thanx
