And we have a gift list at John Lewis that opened on Friday (6 weeks before the day) and people have already bought us gifts. It's lovely and people are so generous; it's really touching.

I've had my first stress attack this weekend, i've been awake since 5am!

I'm worrying about money, we're really close on our budget and me and OH need to get our heads together to sort out what we've got left to pay for. Once we've done that I think i'll be ok again.

Apart from that i'm mega excited, I fly out to Spain 3 weeks on Tues and we get married 4 weeks Wed.

can't belive its coming on so quick!! but very up and down, not even 1/2 of our evening guests have sent thei rsvps back. My mum also had to have an operation last week and now is saying she might not make it to the wedding

It's so exciting! I've got my 1st dress fitting on friday, and we've got our 2nd meeting with the vicar on wednesday! It's starting to feel so real now, 47 days to go for us!
Sarah - your hair looks lovely, still don't know what to do with mine!!
Herbie, we're having budget worries too, but it will all be worth it in the end!!!
Svjenni - we've had hardly any replies either!! Hope your mum is fully recovered in time for the big day

Good luck to everyone... Getting near now.

Things seem to be going quite well, got my make up trial on Thursday, and going to the silversmiths to see about getting some bridesmaids gifts commissioned on Wednesday. Sampling our menu on the 13th too. Feels like a manic busy time, I filled in my diary from now til then and we have one friday night free in the next 8 weeks and no saturday nights!
Is anyone going back in to see the registrar if you getting married at the registry office?

have my hair and make up trial this saturday. not alot we can do with my hair as its just a bob but my bridesmaid is having a put up. Making my OH take me out on the night of the trial as i will be all done up and no where to go haha

met the Rev' last week and booked our rehersal for 2nd June, he wanted us to do it the evening before the wedding but i didnt want to see my OH that close to before the wedding, is that silly?

Have a full schedule for the day, bet it doent go the way it looks on paper though haha

Had our final meeting at the venue yesterday, was so exciting!!!
I still need to sort out presents for the bridal party, my flowers!!!, choose our music, finalise the seating plan, make the favours, find a cake topper and get some disposable cameras. My list is slowly getting smaller though and I just want all the finishing touches to be perfect. Getting really excited now, 29 days!! How's everyone else feeling?
