You can work out your monthly budget, track spending against budget categories, monitor your account balances, forecast spending, assess the impact of mortgage Over-payments and work out any interest earned on your savings, work out your net worth............and then you can make a graph of EVERYTHINGGGGGGGGGGG!!!
Spreadsheets are good. Spreadsheets are friends.
Totally agree Curly. I :heart2: spreadsheets!
Just a quickie from me tonightNSD 4 today. Have been at work and had a very interesting (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz) training session about 'Social Communication Problems in Children with ASD'. Actually it was more interesting than it sounds and I learnt lots. I hate it when people think working at a nursery is just about playing with children. The people I work with are definitely underpaid for what they do. I think I did less paperwork when I worked in insurance! Sorry.....Rant over.
Re: Star Wars theme. If someone wants to be Princess Amidala and wear that big headress thing they can then be very MSE and wear it for wit40iwtwan's wedding!
Life is knowing which bridges to burn and which bridges to build!

Welcome Back Kate! Such a shame [NOT!] you were forced to extend your honeymoon :rotfl:Have to say I remember having Sex on the Beach but your Slippery Nipple doesn't ring any bells..
And Spoon?..wot Nicca sezsolventsoon wrote: »:wave:Hi katenut and welcome back
Think we all enjoyed the wedding - the tequila icecream definitely finished a few of us off - BigMumma and pure dead dopey haven't been the same since sampling its delights:rotfl:. The Slippery Nipple was a present from curlygirl (at least I think it was, can't remember as I had one of them as well!).
Had a great night out in Glasgow - missed you though, we were looking forward to seeing the pics, will have to wait until our next one now.
Yes, outing being planned for this month - we're thinking about Brighton and/or Livepool. Themes are varying from Star Wars (may the fourth be with you yesterday started that one!!:rotfl::rotfl:) or the 70's, currently deciding on outfits - pics on previous pages).
Happy catching up - might take you a while as we've been particularly talkative over the last four days:):):).
Will sign you up properly later but welcome back:):)butdoineedit? wrote: »Katenut - welcome back, glad the wedding was so fab, am not sure about the slippery nipple cos i think i stuck to the screaming orgasms... & very tasty they were too!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Aww thanks you guys!! I've missed you all - its rubbish being back to reality but I know there's always a bit of madness to be found in here to cheer me up!!:):)
I vote for Star Wars in Brighton - I'm off to find some Star Wars themed cocktails now - how about pre-party drinkies on the beach?! xxTrying to jump back onto the moneysaving wagon .... :cool:0 -
Have had my first NSD of the month today! I'll hopefully get another one before the week is up, but am not counting on it!0

Have collected my karma coins & the old guy is doing really well yay!! :T
Had a very interesting walk down tonight, met 3 ladies in their 20's drinking cider in their PJ's at the bottom of the alley , followed by a bloke who asked me if i wanted to join him to sing hymns for the evening (well i like a good singsong, but i'm not sure it likes me!!!!), & then on the way home a very dilapidated environment destroying minibus with a pensioner leaning out of the window with a megafone imploring me to vote for the green party :eek: if there had been a lightsabre in sight i would have thought you lot had organised a night out without me!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Have joined u curlygirl in a glass of wine as a reward for my good behaviour... well it was left over from the mother's visit, so no spend required

Normally on a Wednesday while DD13 has a flute lesson I pop into MrW for odds and ends and this usually comes to around £10. This afternoon I left my purse at home and read the paper instead while DD tooted her flute!

Okay so am taking the glass of wine upstairs and sorting out the spare room..........now
Take the bottle curlygirl!!! It usually helps with both spreadsheets and decluttering.

Checking in for NSD 4, my friend bought me lunch as an early birthday pressie (of which I seem to be getting lots, got an adopted elephant through the post today. Poor postie was not best chuffed! And I got my new phone. But I didn't win my bid on a Tailor's Dummy. Probably just as well I was out when it closed, it probably would have been less of a bargain if I'd got into abidding war!)
