Not sure about Martin. I feel strangely attracted to Darth Maul himself though. There's something about those nobbly bits on his head.....and he's got a double lightsaber .........ooooooooooo.

Am so glad to find out after all these years that I'm not the only one who would dig a bit of Darth.

Now that sounds like fun, only problem is i'd need an Iphone not my ancient housebrick!!

Iphone's cost a fortune - you stick with your housebrick. I've only got an iphone because of my generous boss - and I love it and if they developed an app to wear it as a borg implant I probably would - BUT if I had to pay for it myself I'd still have my old Nokia 3310 or whatever it was. Iphones also drain the leccy - I'm always having to flipping charge it. And it's addictive - it means I can read the forums under the blankets when I should be trying to get some sleep!

Am loving the star wars theme, if i buy it on a shopping day can i get a battery operated lightsabre??? *wanders off waving her hand above her head, muttering about victory!!*

My friend currently has one in storage... I'm sure if I distract her she'll never notice :D.

Declaring NSD 3 for me :D. And a fairly productive day! Kinda (room is still a tip, I have moved the clutter around a bit and sorted some of it out... still a long way to go!)

Tomorrow is unlikely to be an NSD as I'm meeting a friend for lunch. Have hardly seen him since he got married and it being exam time for him too. :)

Wow - that took a lot of reading to catch up - things move quickly round here don't it?? I might have to rewatch Star Wars to refresh my memory as I haven't seen it since first time round (haven't even seen the newer ones) - at the moment Chewbacca is the only one I could see myself as - mmmmn perhaps I'll stick with the hippy look ;);)

Anyway, NSD number 2 for me today and hopeful for Wednesday & Tuesday too - time will tell

How very true--talk about a Freudian slip :rotfl:

So--how have you been enjoying your day? It seems I've started something here, but when The Offspring were bubbies we used to call today Star Wars Day, cuz of Yoda & Obi-Wan Kenobi telling folk "May the Fourth Be With You!" laugh4.gif Then again, it would still tie in with a 70s theme wouldn't it! Perhaps we could do one for Brighton & another for Liverpool, altho I suppose the obvious choice would be the 60s & The Beatles, Jerry & the Pacemakers, Cilla..There's plenty of decades so we needn't fall out over it :D

As suspected, no nsd for me today--ce la vie :o Now. Where's me Ewok scuttled off too...000204FC.gif

Ahh... thanks BigMumma, I've been racking my brains all day trying to work out why today is Star Wars day, now I know:j:j:j.

You certainly have started something btw....:rotfl::rotfl:

if you've got an iphone, there is a FREE app which gives you a lightsaber, you can change the colour and the person and play the music!!!:eek: I do it when I want to batter a few pesky small businessmen and I'm Darth Vader, complete with music!!:eek:
Love the sound of that, pdd.... I could batter a quite a few people with that:rotfl::rotfl:
