Dyslexic or not, it would be helpful to re-read a message before hitting 'post' to see if it makes sense. Read it from the perspective of somebody who doesn't know the situation. Who are 'they?' what did you order, where did you order it from?

I know it's been clarified in this case, but so many people post topics that read something like:

"I bought a ring and they said I couldn't have my money back because of policies. WHY NOT?"

Add some context and take a little care, rather than assuming the readers already know exactly what happened.

Even more reason to get a spell checker on your computer then you can check before posting anything, not getting at you but your posts are difficult to read and because of the text speak and spelling errors they can take some deciphering.

surly people can see wat i am riting.to me the riting seems fine and is riten good but im sorry i cant help it.i do my best and i think it is rude how people are not ecepting me instead i feel like they are goin against me.i have never had problums befour and now i seem to be getting loads on here from people.thank you all for making me feel better in myself.
