I order from just-eat all the time and I've never had a problem.
The takeaway you ordered from sounds really unprofessional. They joined the just-eat scheme. Its their fault they haven't put special offers on the site that they feel they can keep to. Its terrible customer service to not even ring you to say your food wasn't coming.

Report them to just-eat.co.uk using the live chat, hopefully they'll be made to fix their menu. Leave them a bad review through just-eat for all to see and then order elsewhere.

I often order through just-eat and have never had any major problems. yes there have been times when things have been slightly wrong like no salad or chilli sauce on the kebab but in general things have been fine.

Did you make sure you waited for the page that said ORDER ACCEPTED to come through as it's only then that you know that they are going to honour the order.

It seems a bit pants that they didnt have the decency to phone you :(

and to the person who commented about keyboard and spelling... I find it horrid when people do that... Some people cant help bad spelling due to conditions such as dyslexia.... so a bit mean to asume anything else....

This happens after 13 years of Education, Education, Education. No ability to write with considered comprehension and a complete lack of culinary skills.

I will leave the Arithmatic out of it!

It's even worse to accept txt speak as normal and assume everyone who uses it has Dyslexia.

How do you think genuine Dyslexia sufferers feel about being grouped with these idiots who can't be bothered to construct a sentence?
