Need advice on buying a phone.
Hi,
I'm looking to buy a new phone for myself (just the handset).
I realize these forums are mostly about managing money, but this page was the first one that appeared in google search results.
Hopefully, there are some people here, who will be willing to share their knowledge:)
Back to the point - in terms of the new handset my priorities are:
- media capabilities - must have an excellent mp3 player
- email
- QWERTY keyboard, would prefer a 'traditional' keyboard, but a touchscreen will do.
- decent camera
- not an iPhone
My budget, for a second-hand phone is around the £200 mark.
So far I have done some research but only managed to find Nokia x6 and Sony Aino (no qwerty keyboard tho).
Can anyone help?

I'm gonna put in here.....the mp3 player may not be excellent, but it's good from what I've used of it....the Blackberry Cruve 8520....It's not second hand, you can get it brand new in Carphone Warehouse for 199.99 (includes 20 credit on a PAYG sim - phone is unlocked so it's usually an Orange sim which means you can use Orange Wednesdays) and you can trade your old phone in and get money off it. Got it a few days ago and I've not had a problem, just had to add the Blackberry bolt on - probably could change the internet one if you have one to a Blackberry one. It's got a QWERTY keyboard, the media player is pretty good, it takes SDHC micro cards (got an 8gig one in mine ATM) the camera is pretty decent. It's not touch-screen but it does have wi-fi.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
**SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.
