how rude  sorry i spoke , the reason why i joined this forum is to understand more:wall:
It may not be a sugar coated response, but I wouldn't call it rude. Looking here and on the other thread, dunstonh has given you some useful information, for free. You may choose to ignore it simply because it's not saying what you want to hear, or how you want to hear it, that's up to you.Debbie0 -
Perhaps Dunstonh got fed up banging his head off jamesey's brick wall?

I will hold my hands up and say it was a bit blunt. However, I was influenced by the fact that I had previously posted information on a thread by jamesey who has obviously totally ignored it and instead goes on to give poor information to Jimbo on this thread. You may choose to ignore it simply because it's not saying what you want to hear, or how you want to hear it, that's up to you.
That the problem. Jamesey has chosen to ignore it. That is fair enough as you can choose to listen and learn or remain ignorant but to then post on other people's threads and give them poor information is not fair on other posters. Jimbo is looking for help. Not misinformation from someone that has a different style product, from a different distribution channel with a different payment method and almost certainly will end up with a different investment selection if they proceed.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
