WOW Im sorry to hear all the trouble you all seem to be having, more proof (if needed) that the whold over complicated system that costs billions every year just does not work properly!
I hope you all manage to get this sorted out soon, I have been there, there is nothing worst than having no money in your wallet and wondering when and where the next pennies are coming from.
