i bought a silver slimline ps2 with extra controller and simpsons hit and run, gran turismo 4 and sonic mega collection and another controller for 59.99, not sure how much of a bargain i got as it seems others paid £49.99. They had nothing on shelf but if you ask the person in charge of the section he will kno about any stock in the stockroom.

I paid £49.99 for the black one with Sonic, Buzz Music Quiz and Buzzers plus the extra controller.

Just wanted to say thanks to the original poster for this one. Normally I'm too late to get any deals mentioned on here BUT

picked up a black slimeline PS2, buzz pack with buzzers, extra controller and sonic heroes in Cheltenham yesterday for £60.

Initally they said they didn't have any but one of the assistants thought she'd seen one in the storeroom, went to check and BINGO.

Well happy.

XBOX: the 32pound Xbox is only for the unit. The bundles have not been reduced. Southport had one Xbox remaining up to yesterday

I took my old GBA-SP into GameStation along with PacMan and Rayman and managed to get £33 trade in for them, effectively making the switch from SP to Micro a whopping 32p.

Does anyone know if there are any PS2s left anywhere in the country because my local Boots has said that they cannot locate any but would order it in if there was? Otherwise a DS and I will try and pacify other half with that instead. Thanks

Be careful with that because I phoned my local store on Friday to ask if they had any Xbox's. They told me no.

I popped in as I went past on Sunday and they had 2.
