Deoends what you mean by best and what phone it is. T Mobile have a 3GB fair use policy on Android phones which is more than any other company I believe so if ypu're planning to download a lot over 3G and have an Android phone they're worth considering.It's my problem, it's my problem

That's what I was going to say!
The best network is surely the one that gives you the best signal at the place where you're going to use the phone most. After that, it comes down to who gives you the best smartphone data deal. As BillScarab says, T-Mobile give you 3gb on a FUP. As far as I'm aware, no other UK network gives you more than 1gb either FUP or capped.0 -
