Took solicitors in Lancaster a year to realise that they didn't practice Scottish Law - because although I lived in London teh accident was at the very top of Scotland when I was forced off the road by an :silenced: overtaking 6 cars and a lorry wanted to play chicken with me!
Then another 4 years to get to court.0 -
Then that says a lot more about the solicitor than it does the insurer surely?
Glad it was sorted eventually!0
