Anyone here work at a phone shop?

Has anyone else been experienceing extremely long waits to talk to orange to register phones, we are having competitions to see who has to wait the longest, yesterday someone had to wait 3 hours at our branch, for 2 hours we had 2 of our staff tied up with orange most of the day, luckily i persuaded people to go on other networks but this is getting out of hand, even after all the waiting we had 1 left to do which has to wait until next week.

when we got our nokia 3330 on orange about 4 years ago we had to wait at least an hour to register the phone with them

we have had the same problem with orange been told there having major technical trouble with there upgrades and new connections system .

yeah - same here, pretty ridiculous! A fella from the orange shop came over and told us they are in the same boat coz their systems are the same
