Why not write down what you want, and what you have been told it will cost, and what you have been told you will get - take 2 copies, ask them to sign each one and you both sign each one, and then you have a contract - on your terms. Then tell them that any variations to that signed document will result in cancellation at no cost to yourselves as a result of their breach of contract

£79 is £79! Plus, the contract should exactly reflect anything you have agreed previously otherwise what is the point of all the negotiations in the first place???
I would suggest a simple phone call with a request for a new contract should be the best, with a follow up email outlining the discussion (and proof for later if required)

We emailed back and he amended everything back to the original figures and sent out a new contract for us to sign. :-):kisses2: Got married September 2011:smileyhea
