I think it's pretty clear the OP was just letting off some steam. We all get wound up sometimes. The ":rotfl:" in the first post makes it obvious he/she wasn't being serious.
Whether serious or not, it is not very nice when many people on here who try to help are JCP staff.

I am sure she will get much more constructive replies if she sticks to the point (though I am not yet sure what that point is?).
Some people have no sense of humour and take umbrage where there's obviously none meant....
You should never call somebody else a nerd or geek because everybody (even YOU !!!) is an
"anorak" about something whether it's trains, computers, football, shoes or celebs :p :rotfl:

It was suggested that you edit your comment if you did not mean it.

I did ask if you needed any information but you did not answer this.
    Gone ... or have I?

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Mics Chick - possibly - the misunderstanding could be on their part, on your part, or a bit of both! If you post your issue here, then you could find relief in some of the answers/support that you get.

I think you'll find that the people who come on here and give detailed advice have had situations they find frustrating as well, will certainly understand how frustrated you are - if you think about it - they do the job all day long and then come here of an evening to help further. I'll bet they get some pretty frustrating clients, but they certainly wouldn't be coming on here and saying that as they'd be open to all kinds of abuse! Sometimes you just have to read it back and put the shoe on the other foot.......

Anyways - the ones who come on here have good intentions, and wouldn't come on if they didn't care - so give them a hint as to how they might be able to get you going on the right track.

I came to MSE to let off steam coz my usual experience is how caring and understanding it is on here but obviously not on this board apart from Scarlet and Survivor...

And the people who are caring and understanding are often JCP staff, so not a good idea to start off by abusing them!
