following on from Fresh/cpw appalling management of closure of the Fresh network. Has anyone got the same problem as me.
Having finally got a PAC code out of Fresh at the end of March, my new provider screwed up and sent my new phone to the building site that is my home, instead of to my office. We then went off on holiday and got stuck in canada by the ash cloud.
when we finally got home they told us the phone had been delivered to our home address and we found it, but by that time the PAC code had expired. Amazingly when I rang Fresh I got thru (almost impossible in last few months) and they said tough, they were closed and couldn't/wouldn't give me a new PAC code. while I am hoping Offcom may have a solution, wondering if anyone out there has any idea how to get my number back

If the pac code expired, That would mean the account would remain open, so they need to provide you with a new one0

As Fresh have closed that's not going to be as easy as it would appear.
Op, did Fresh say that all their numbers have been reclaimed ?
I'm guessing that all the spare numbers have been or are in the process of being reassigned to an other network(s).
If Fresh don't have access to them any more there's nothing they can do. If your numbers been given to anther network, I have no idea how you'd get a pac for it...
Hopefully ofcom will have a solution, but I can't see what it would be. . .0 -

that about the sum of it. the guy at Fresh did not say that numbers had been reassigned. Can you believe it, 20 days after closing down they ditch everything.
