use live chat Paul...its on the page at the top if I remember but you have to say you got an email and they will ask what it looked like...I think my made up version was ok as they discounted me the book there and then.

Well i wanted to create a book as a pressie for a friend who had just had a her hen weekend, i paid for this and some photo prints. I accidentally cancelled my order and credit was returned to my photobook account (being new isnt good).. i used the 15% off code and ordered some more prints.

Emailed support and they asked how i heard of the promotion and i said via email... they credited a photobook to my account valid for a year... no questions.

When my photobook came i was very pleased, it looked lovely, much better then the ones i created using jessops (overpriced too!!)

Maybe i wont have the same experience next time!

All my parcels were nicely wrapped and came quickly, very pleased, thank you to the person who posted this xxx

I got mine yesterday, its lovely, my pictures arent that great quality, but i know where it is, i think its fantastic, thanks to the OP for sharing this!

No.

You go through the link http://www.photobox.co.uk/landing/pb-free?channel=1800 and sign up and the photobook credit goes onto your account, which you can see in the credits section of your account.

When you checkout the credit is applied so you only pay for P&P which is £3.99 which is what is listed on the checkout page. You can see the credit applied and it takes off £23.99.
