Just to help those who are still being charged - the same happened to us and we sent an e-mail to Photobox to ask what the problem was, and they credited the new account with the cost of the photobook. This was before we finished the book, and when we added it to the basket, we weren't charged. Thrilled to bits with the end result. Very worth it.

just finished mine. took many hours!!phew!! with uploading and fiddling but really pleased-0cost £0.00!!! amazing. Many thanks to OP and all with hints and tips. can't wait for if to arrive.

Thanks so much for this - just ordered mine and it cost absolutely nothing:j I wouldn't have got free delivery if I hadn't spent 3 days putting it together Can't wait for it to arrive now.
