My clock radio keeps switching itself on randomly and keeps changing to the normal display screen when I try to set the alarm. So I'm guessing that it is one of the faulty batch too. Has anyone had their radio replaced yet or are they just getting refunded? I picked it up from the shop so should I just return it there or Phone M and S first?

I really like it so would prefer it to be replaced

I just came back to this thread after buying and returning the clock radio at the start, it kept switching on and scanning randomly even during the night. When I phoned the technology helpline they said they were surprised I wasn't happy as it was very popular. Wish I'd read this and got an exchange rather than a refund though as I haven't found a good looking replacement.

Will need to exchange mine too as when i turn it on i get no sound but if i leave it the sound sometimes comes on after about 5 mins or so!
