Nat west Bank charges!Will they freeze if i close my account?

I have had my account charged six times since i went overdrawn by 56p.I wrote a letter to the bank saying i couldnt afford to pay it.I sent back a list of my incomings and outgoings for financial hardship but they turned me down,during this i was charged again and now i just want to offer a small monthly payment plan to repay this as i dont want it spiralling anymore!.Should i make the offer?I i close my account will the charges stop?

    No, they won't, because you can't close your account unless the balance is £0 or above.

    Why don't you post a SOA so we can see if you can save any money and get out of this problem?

    Obviously spectacle style is more important to him than his debts, so he should be posting in the Health, Beauty, and Fashion forum.
