Just say no I don't ship abroad, soooo much easier than even mentioning Western Union, which could land you in trouble with eBay.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

That is exactly what I done after reading your first reply. :money:
And whoever suggested using Western Union must be out of their mind! I might aswell just give the phone to some random person for free!0 -

Ignorance is NOT bliss, especially when I am trying to stop you getting defrauded (possibly). Wait until you get your first chargeback on Paypal, let the forums know, and I'll be sitting here laughing.
You obviously don't know how western union works. You pick up the CASH, so have the cash in hand, then you send the item. Whats so dangerous about that. There is NO possibility of the transaction getting reversed at all. Unlike Paypal, cheques, credit card payments etc etc.
As a selling tool it is the safest method available.
As a buying tool I wouldn't even consider using it.
Read up on https://www.paypalsucks.com then post back and let us know how safe you think paypal is. Even trawl through some of the posts on this site regarding paypals misadventures and consider the tens of thousands of pounds worth of fraud that occur on that site. Only relatively safe one is currently nochex, and they even allow chargebacks now.
And if you gave the phone to someone in the street, at least you could block it. But I don't suppose you would bother to note down the IMEI incase the sale goes wrong.Originally Posted by richardjames73

I've currently got a skirt for sale on ebay and have had a question asking if I would post to Malta, Is the general consensus that its best to steer clear??0

Clothing items should be OK. It's just that with mobile phones Royal Mail have stopped a sender taking out additional coverage.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

You must think we are all stupid.
First of all, i've already said I don't want to use WU, so you can shut up about that. None of your bull is going to sway me towards there.
As for chargebacks, its never happened to me, and if it does, I know how to deal with them. I wouldn't need to let any forums know.
And the IMEI number was noted a long time ago.
You stick to your Western Union, and I'll stay with Paypal. Ok?0 -
As OP has decided on a course of action I'll close this thread now.
